submitting a convicts information

I am so frustated with trying to submit my gr grand parents convict information to Founders and Survivors. I am not very knowledgable in knowing how to enter info etc. However I have lots of information in note form and printed family sheets. I would like you to have all this information to help with your Data Base for future generations. I did enter a story for my other Gr Grandfather Henry Groves. but not of his decendants either.
Could you please give me some advice as to what I can do.
